Kim Hyung-Min

I am an M.S. student at the Advanced Machine Intelligence Lab (AMI Lab.) at Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology (KAIST). My advisor is Tae-Hyun Oh.

I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UNIST.

I am interested in 3D human motion, 3D human-scene interaction, and embodied AI for humanoids.

Shape-Aware Discrete Motion Modeling for 3D Human–Object Interaction

Kim Hyung-Min, Kim Ji-Yeon, Tae-Hyun Oh
IPIU, 2026

We propose first VQ-VAE framework that coherently models 3D HOI by incorporating object shape information, allowing the model to capture shape-aware interaction.
